Hi, I’m Alex Carota, the sole proprietor at Conscious Contracting. I’ve been operating around BC for 20 years, working on the Sunshine Coast, Nelson and now based in Qualicum Bay and servicing clients from Deep Bay to Nanoose Bay.

Specializing in fine finishes inside and out, I’m always excited about incorporating green technologies and methods of construction that will be less impactful on the environment, especially as building codes are shifting towards tighter envelopes and higher R-values.
